Free Mindfulness Classes 2025

The session begins with mindful movement, where we gently stretch and move the body, bringing awareness to physical sensations, thoughts, feelings and emotions.

This genuine practice of mindfulness helps release tension, relax the body, and prepare the mind for formal setting meditation. Following the gentle movement practice, we’ll rest into our first guided formal sitting meditation (20 minutes), focusing on breath awareness to cultivate a deep sense of calm and presence before dropping in a reflective or contemplative exercise. Each contemplative exercise will be followed by a mindful enquiry exercise and group conversation exploring deep listening and mindful dialogue.

The session continues with a second 20-minute meditation, inviting you to explore complete rest as a radical act of self-care and resilience building in response to a frantic and divisive world.

To conclude, we invite the opportunity to reflect on your experiences, ask questions, and discuss how mindfulness can positively impact your mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

It is well known that mindfulness meditation promotes balance and helps build resilience, allowing you to navigate life with greater ease.

We hope you will leave this session with practical tools for incorporating mindfulness into daily life to support your overall well-being. All are welcome!
